End User Terms of Service

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between you ("You" or "Your") and Hamster Software, Inc. ("We", "Us", "Our" or "Hamster POS"), and shall govern your use of and access to the Application (as defined below) and the Website (as defined below).

1. Binding Agreement

By using the Application or Website, You agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms of this Agreement, you may not use the Application or the Website.

2. License

Hamster POS grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to access and use the Application. You shall not sublicense, sell, or otherwise transfer your rights to access the Application.

3. Certain Restrictions

You shall not copy, reverse engineer, or modify any part of the Application or Website. You shall use the Application solely for its intended purposes.

4. Certain Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and complying with all applicable laws while using the Application and Website.

5. Hamster POS Rights

Hamster POS reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Application for any reason, without notice.

6. Fees

Hamster POS does not charge any fees initially, but may begin charging for use of various parts of the Application after a trial period.

7. Term and Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until you close your account or Hamster POS terminates your access to the Application. Certain provisions of this Agreement will survive termination.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Application and Website remain the property of Hamster POS, including all software, content, and design.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hamster POS is not responsible for any damages or losses arising from the use of the Application or Website. You agree to use the Application at your own risk.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon.

11. Changes to the Terms

Hamster POS reserves the right to update or amend this Agreement. Any changes will be effective after posting on the Website or within the Application.
